The agency has developed the protocol for ensuring the best qualified staff and that all medical and personal care needs of clients are appropriately and efficiently rendered in compliance with the provisions of COMAR 10.07.05 for residential service agencies. The agency have implemented the system to build a network of contracted services with qualified aides and skilled nursing care professionals and select organizations that provide services to meet the needs customary for home healthcare providers. The agency have preplanned for cases that may need to be referred to other agencies or organizations for assistance when difficulties may delay prompt delivery of service; due to a heavier than usual demand for specialty service or shortage of staffing resources.
